I want to thank you for the exceptional service received recently after someone backed into my car and damaged it.

When I scheduled an oil change for Saturday morning, I asked if I could get an estimate while I was there.  The lady transferred me to the Body Shop and I spoke with Ed Lopez who said he would be happy to give me an estimate when I came in for my oil change.

As promised, Mr. Lopez was there.  I was so impressed with his knowledge and explanation of everything; letting me know what to expect and the turnaround time!  I felt as if I had known him for years.  He put me at ease as I was upset about someone having hit my car; although the damage was minimal.  Thank you again
