Automotive Technicians:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Examines customer vehicles.
  • Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintains Customer Satisfaction Scores at or above company standards.
  • Estimates cost of repairs.
  • Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Documents services performed.
  • Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.
  • Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
  • Requests necessary parts.
  • Follows all Safeguards and OSHA rules and regulations.
  • Provide professional level customer service to both external and internal customers that meets or exceeds Dealership and Manufacturer Standards of Excellence

 Job Requirements:

  • At least some level of automotive service technician experience required
  • ASE certifications a plus
  • A high level of motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed.

  • Proven knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.

Title Clerk Assistant

Title Clerk Assistant:

Summary:

 

The Title Clerk Assistant is responsible for computing, classifying, recording, and verifying numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: includes the following; other duties may be assigned.


  • Prepares tax and title documents on a timely basis.
  • Submits legal transfer of documents to DMV on a timely basis.
  • Assist in posting new and used car deals.
  • Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
  • Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts to ledgers or computer spreadsheets and databases.
  • Reconciles assigned general ledger accounts with various registers.
  • Monitors and records accounts payable and receivable and ensures that payments are up to date.
  • Codes data for input to financial data processing system according to company procedures.
  • Reviews, balances, and interprets computer reports, and makes corrections.
  • Assists employees, vendors, clients, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Summary:

 

The Internet Sales Manager is responsible for leading the Internet Sales Department.  The Internet Sales Manager is responsible for operations, sales performance results, employee supervision, and customer satisfaction in the Internet Sales Department.

Automotive Sales Consultant

Automotive Sales Consultant:

Summary:

The Sales Consultant is responsible for working with customers to identify their vehicle needs, finding the appropriate vehicle to meet their needs while ensuring each customer has a satisfactory dealership experience.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening.
  • Demonstrate vehicles (includes test drives).
  • Report to the vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis.
  • Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers.
  • Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer.
  • Maintain a prospect development system.
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
  • Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the products.
  • Know and understand equity and values, and be able to explain depreciation to the customer.
  • Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales.
  • Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department.
  • Follows Safeguards and OSHA rules and regulations.

  • Some sales or retail experience required - Automotive not required, however, a plus

Automotive Service Advisors

Automotive Service Advisors:

Summary:

Service Advisor is responsible for selling, identifying and documenting service, maintenance, and repair service for customers. Responsible for scheduling service to be performed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Schedule appointments with customers.
  • Meet and greet service customers.
  • Work with customer and technician to identify required maintenance utilizing historical service data.
  • Advise customers on necessary/suggested services.
  • Compute cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer.
  • Estimate cost of mechanical, electric, or other repairs.
  • Enter itemized estimate on service order and explain estimate to customer to gain their understanding of all services provided.
  • Determine progress of repair/service orders and inform customer accordingly.
  • Address customer's questions/needs promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure comprehensive re-delivery check of customer vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service/repair have been carried out appropriately and on schedule.
  • Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with service manager.
  • Establish long-term positive relationships with customers.
  • Meet the dealership's standards for repair/order production.
  • Follows all Safeguards and OSHA rules and regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Some Automotive Retail Service Consultant experience required
  • Reynolds & Reynolds DMS Knowledge - preferred but not required
  • ASE Certification (C1) - preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results

Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative:

Summary:

Business Development Center Representative is responsible for taking incoming service calls, setting service appointments, upselling services and making outbound calls to conduct customer satisfaction surveys in support of the company's service goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Answer ALL incoming service phone calls, IMs, and Website inquiries according to a proven, pre-set script, and schedule service appointments
  • Log ALL customer comments into CM, XTime and Reynolds and Reynolds
  • Make outbound calls to all fixed operations clients to conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • Generate Customer Service Bulletins for any negative responses to customer satisfaction surveys
  • Confirm scheduled appointments with service clients
  • Purify and update customer changes in database
  • Upsell various services to service customers (window tint, vehicle spa packages, etc)
  • Respond to customer website request (internet inquiries)
  • Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set
  • Other various administrative and data input duties as determined by manager

  • Prior sales or call center experience required

  • Strong communication, phone, and organizational skills required
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
