Loan Requirements

The requirements for being considered for an auto approval are minimal.  You must be employed or receiving some sort of regular benefits like disability or social security, at least 18 years of age and a citizen of the United States. 

Apply today!  Upon Completion of your application, one of our loan officers will be in touch with you to discuss your particular situation.  A two year history is required in order for our lender to consider you for a loan.

You can be approved before you walk in the door if you can provide us with your proof of income.


Pay Stub no more than 30 days old

3 months bank statements plus A signed Request for Transcript of Tax Return 4506-T form is required for all self-employed applicant(s) to verify income from previous 2 years tax returns.
