Found just the car I was looking for advertised in their web site, and got a call from a polite and respectful young woman the next morning who offered enough info to lead me to conclude that it was worth the 90 minute drive to take a look. Was greeted by the kind and friendly Carl who then introduced me to Daniel who was especially knowledgeable about the hybrid Infinitis. We went for a drive and he took ample time, answered my many questions and even helped me re-program the audio system. I was relieved and not surprised that this was a Hendrick dealership as my experience with other Hendrick owned dealers has also been very positive and first class. Daniel was patient and kind during the customary back and forth while negotiating price, and in the end I was very pleased with the outcome. I don't recall his name, but the finance manager was very professional and courteous as we finalized paperwork and discussed extending the warranty. In summary, my experience was very positive and based on that would highly recommend Performance AutoMall.

This week I had to bring my 2002 911C4S into your dealership here in Chapel Hill. I am a transplanted Northerner and this was my first trip to Performance Porsche.

People are too quick to complain about poor service, but never take the time to recognize excellence. I wanted to take a minute to recognize Andrew Mercs.

Andrew treated me as though I just left the showroom with my car. It didn't matter that I purchased my car elsewhere or that I was "new" to the dealership. He was informative, extraordinarily hospitable and made sure that my experience was positive. My problem was resolved quickly and I was provided interim transportation.

If anything, I left your dealership angry because of the inadequate treatment I received in comparison from my previous dealer.

Thank you!  We had a great car buying experience at your facility.  We were able to eliminate a pre-owned Acura which was a possibility (online research) and select the Outback over the Forester.  I had been communicating with Fred since October about the Forester (safety), but we just weren't ready to purchase until we came into the dealership.

I am sure I am going to be telling you something you already know, but I believe it is worth saying a lot....

My wife and I bought "twin" certified BMWs about 5 years ago, a 2002 Z3 and a 2003 525i.   Of course, being certified BMWs, the cars were under warranty for several years.  We didn't have many needs for anything other than routine service, but on those occasions where we did need warranty work, the warranty service was properly diagnosed, properly repaired and quick.   After the cars passed out of warranty, we have had both normal service and repairs performed only at Performance in Chapel Hill.  All work was done just the same ... properly diagnosed and expediently and properly repaired.

I know it takes a team to make all this happen.  Good parts availability, good service facilities, good technicians.  But I feel the quarterback for the service team is the service advisor.  For five years we have had Maurice Bryant take our cars in, advise use, and schedule service and repair.  For me, and many others I think, time and efficiency is as important as quality work.  Maurice seems to understand and value that.

Maurice has always been extremely professional.  Additionally he is creative in searching for optimal solutions and he is considerate of his clients values.  I feel very fortunate to have Maurice as my service advisor; he makes owning a BMW an even better experience.

The open, honest, educated and friendly staff, I cannot say enough about every member of Performance that we dealt with. Fred, our sales consultant was excellent - he sold us on Subaru, and even after we shopped other dealers he was a key reason we returned to Performance. Anna, the sales manager, was also excellent to deal with - unlike the disgusting stereotype sales manager we found at another local dealer. The attention to detail on delivery was also very nice - my wife was thrilled to arrive at the dealership to find her brand new Outback in the showroom with a bow on the hood. So long as the car's quality holds out, we are probably Subaru owners for life now and Performance will be our #1 dealership.
